2. Counter-Notification

  2. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or the district where your address is located if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers under this policy or applicable law.

4. Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that removed content is not infringing, may be subject to liability. Please ensure the accuracy of your claims.
